I also use Heidi AI, a GDPR-compliant tool, to assist with note-keeping and administrative tasks. Any transcripts or documents generated are stored securely. Full details about this are included in your therapy contract.
How Long I Keep Your Data
Session records are retained for 7 years after therapy ends, in line with professional and legal requirements. After this time, records are securely deleted.

I use standard SEO tools, such as Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, to help improve my website’s visibility and performance. These tools collect anonymous information about how visitors find and interact with my site, such as which search terms were used and which pages are visited most often.

No personally identifiable information is collected or stored through these tools, and I do not use them to track individual users.
