About Me

I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I abide by the HCPC standards of conduct performance, and ethics.

My Experience
I currently work in the NHS alongside my private practice. I have five years of clinical experience and specialist experience in supporting individuals with long-term physical health conditions. I have also worked with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, perfectionism, stress, OCD, trauma, depression and low mood, identity-related concerns, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.

My Approach
I have training in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Relational/Psychodynamic Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’ve undertaken Part 1 of my EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) training.

I work integratively, drawing on these different approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals, helping us find a way of working together that feels right for you.
